As we slowly move out of the summer months and into fall we wanted to update everyone on our current policies and procedures. Due to Covid-19 we are still not allowing clients into the building, with the exception of euthanasia’s. The safety of our staff and client’s is number one.
When you arrive at the clinic for an appointment, please call us at 905-571-3700 where a Client Care Specialist will take your information. Shortly after checking in, one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians will contact you at the number provided. They will take a medical history from you and after disconnecting on the phone, they will come out to retrieve your pet wearing appropriate PPE.
Please have your pet on their leash and outside the car (weather permitting). We ask that cats are in their carriers and remain in the car until the RVT comes outside. We ask that you please wear a mask. After the examination a doctor will contact you with any concerns. The RVT will bring your pet back out to you after the appointment has finished.

Our Vitus Vet App is a great way to request refills of medication and food. Please allow 1 business day for requests to be processed.
If you are picking up food/medication, please contact one of our amazing Client Care Specialists at 905-571-3700 when you have arrived. They will leave the product on the outdoor table for you to pick up.
We are asking for contactless payment at this time. Visa/Mastercard over the phone, E-transfer or Debit if needed.
