The cold weather has officially moved in and we hope that everyone is staying warm out there. We wanted to update everyone on our Covid-19 policies and procedures since entering lock down. We are still not allowing clients into the building, with the exception of euthanasia. The safety of our staff and clients is number one. The only way the new lock down affects the way we will be practicing medicine is we will no longer be allowed to perform pedicures.
When you arrive at the clinic for an appointment, please call us at 905-571-3700 where a Client Care Specialist will take your information. Shortly after checking in, one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians will contact you at the number provided. They will take a medical history from you and once finished will ask that you meet them in the tent at the rear of the building. If you are unable to meet them, please let them know. Masks must be worn at all times when interacting with our employees. Dogs must be properly leashed and cats secured in a carrier.
After the examination a doctor will contact you. The RVT will bring your pet back out to the tent after the appointment has finished.

Our Vitus Vet App is a great way to request refills of medication and food. Please allow 1-2 business days for requests to be processed.
If you are picking up food/medication, please contact one of our amazing Client Care Specialists at 905-571-3700 when you have arrived. They will leave the product on the outdoor table for you to pick up.
