When you walk into the clinic and you’re looking for a familiar face, look no further, Shannon has been a technician at Baker Animal Clinic for 24 years (even though she is only 29 years old) Shannon is known for being outgoing and very personable and loves to interact not only with the furry four-legged friends, but also the Mom’s and Dad’s of the veterinary world. Her primary interests include anesthesia, surgery, and providing a safe environment for all our patients. We will sometimes find her cuddling alongside the animals as they are recovering from surgery.
She shares her home with her two teenage children and 2 rescued cats that were both hit by a car, Cliff lost a leg and Leif fractured his pelvis. Outside of working some of Shannon’s interests include going to the gym, travelling to sunny destinations, playing tennis and going to as many Blue Jays games as possible as she is a HUGE fan.
